1. How long are shipping times?
Your product will ship within 1 - 5 business days of you placing your order, and then another 10 -20 business days to reach your doorstep.
2. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items right away please contact us within 30 days for inquiry into a full refund or exchange. Please include proof of purchase, a picture of the item, and tell us what went wrong; and we will be happy to replace the item or refund your money if warranted.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you cancel before the item is shipped out or if you do not receive your item in the time frame specified for each product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order and still receive the package please return the item and we will be happy to issue you a refund upon receipt.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order; if its the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or not exactly what you wanted then contact us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund. However, you will be asked to ship the product back to us, and we will issue your refund upon receipt.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We will honor exchanges within 30 days. If for any reason you did not get the exact product you expected just let us know, send the item back, and we will get you a new one upon receipt.
